Prosecco is an Italian sparkling wine chiefly made from the grape variety ‘Glera’. It’s originally from Slovenia but was brought to the village of Prosecco near Trieste and became known, until 2009, as Prosecco.
Whatever you call it, it’s perfect for making delicious sparkling wines.
