Whether it’s for your partner or a group of friends, this classic cocktail will go down a treat.

Ingredients:

  • 100ml Red Wine
  • 15ml Orange Liqueur
  • 30ml Club Soda
  • 15ml Brandy
  • 15ml Orange Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar (optional)
  • 1 apple, sliced, to garnish
  • 1 Orange, sliced, to garnish
  • Ice

Method:

  1. In a large glass, stir Brandy, Orange Liqueur, orange juice, lemon juice and Red Wine.
  2. Add Ice and top with Club Soda and stir briefly
  3. Pour into Wine glass
  4. Taste and stir in sugar if desired.
  5. Garnish with apple and orange slices
