Amaretto Sour
Whether it’s for your partner or a group of friends, this classic cocktail will go down a treat.
Ingredients:
- 50mL Amaretto
- 30mL lemon juice
- 15mL Sugar Syrup
- Dash of Bitters
- 1 egg white
- Lemon twist, to garnish
- Cherry, to garnish
- Ice
Method:
- Add Amaretto, lemon juice, Sugar Syrup, and an egg white to shaker..
- Shake for 20 seconds.
- Fill shaker three quarters full with ice and shake again for 20 seconds.
- Strain into a glass with ice.
- Add a dash of Bitters on top.
