Ingredients:
30mL Bundaberg Small Batch Spiced Rum
3 dashes Angostura bitters
1 tsp sugar
Orange (to garnish)
Ice
Method:
Place sugar in a short cocktail glass. Wet it down with three dashes of bitters, followed by a few drops of water. Add in 30mL of spiced rum and stir until sugar starts to dissolve. To finish, add a large ice cube and garnish with orange.

60mL Wild Turkey American Honey
⅓ cup very hot water
7.5mL honey
Lemon peel
Cinnamon stick
Lemon slice
Method:
In a warm mug combine hot water, Wild Turkey, and honey. Stir until honey dissolves. Add a squeeze of lemon juice. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a twist of lemon peel. It should be warm, but not too hot to enjoy!

30mL fresh lime juice
15mL agave nectar

Method:
Rim a margarita glass with lime and salt. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain into the glass and garnish with a lime wedge.

30mL Patrón Silver
30mL espresso shot

Powdered chocolate
Method:
Rim a martini glass with sugar. Combine Patrón XO Cafe and Patrón Silver with espresso in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, shake well and strain into your martini glass. Garnish with powdered chocolate.
