Boulevardier
Ingredients:
- 30mL Russell’s Reserve Single Barrel Whiskey
- 30mL Cinzano Rosso 1757
- 30mL Campari
- Orange peel (to garnish)
Method:
- Stir all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into an ice-filled coupe glass.
- Garnish with an orange peel.
Minut Julep
Ingredients:
- 60mL Wild Turkey 101 Proof Bourbon
- 15mL Sugar Syrup
- 8 to 12 Fresh Mint Leaves
- Sprig Mint Leaves (to garnish)
Method:
- Build the ingredients in a julep tin or large rocks glass
- Stir with crushed ice using a bar spoon
- Garnish with a sprig of mint leaves
Hi Ball
Ingredients:
- 60mL Wild Turkey Longbranch Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey
- 120mL Premium Soda
- Lemon Peel (to garnish)
Method:
- Pour bourbon into an ice-filled Collins glass and top with soda
- Garnish with lemon peel
Whiskey Sour
Ingredients:
- 60mL Wild Turkey Longbranch Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey
- 30mL Lemon Juice
- 15mL Sugar Syrup
- 1/2 Egg White
- Angostura Bitters (to garnish)
Method:
- Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice, shake.
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass
- Garnish with 3 drops Angostura bitters.
