Pisco Sour
Whether it’s for your partner or a group of friends, this classic cocktail will go down a treat.
How to make a Pisco Sour
Ingredients:
- 60ml Pisco
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- 30ml Lime Juice
- 1 egg white
- Bitters, to garnish
- Ice
Method:
- Add Pisco, lime juice, egg white and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker
- Dry shake
- Add ice and shake again until chilled
- Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
- Garnish with a few drops of Bitters
