Summer isn’t summer without Prosecco! Our favourite party starter and drink of choice to pair perfectly with people food or summer BBQs. The Tempus Two Graphite Prosecco is fresh and dry with vibrant bubbles, so is delicious when chilled on its own, or, perfect in summer cocktails!

We know everyone enjoys summer differently, but we believe there is a Prosecco cocktail to go with every occasion, so we have put a list together for you to level up your summer spritzing!

Make brunch memorable with a Mimosa

Need a cocktail that will sweeten up your summer brunches? Look no further than the Mimosa! This easy-to-make and delightful to drink, is traditionally served in a Champagne flute that is half filled with chilled orange juice and topped up with any type of sparkling wine you like. Sweeten the deal the Tempus Graphite Prosecco and serve alongside smoked salmon bagels to be the hostess with the mostest.

Ingredients (serves 2)

 

Instructions

  1. Half-fill champagne flutes with orange juice
  2. Top up with sparkling wine
  3. Gently stir. Garnish with fresh orange slices to serve.

Did you know that peaches hit their peak in summer? And fresh peaches paired with Aussie Prosecco makes for the perfect Bellini! Mixed with deliciously sweet and thick peach purée, a Bellini is fizzy and refreshing and has more body than your average cocktail. The pretty pink hue allows you to match your drink to evening skies as you soak up the balmy weather amongst with drinks amongst friends.

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 70mL chilled Tempus Two Graphite Prosecco
  • 4 medium peaches, pitted and quartered (or 3 cups of frozen or tinned sliced peaches)
  • 30mL of peach juice
  • Peach slices to garnish (optional)

 

Instructions

  1. Add the sliced peaches and peach juice into a blender.
  2. Blend until mixture is smooth.
  3. Half-fill champagne flutes with peach purée.
  4. Top flute with Prosecco.
  5. Gently stir. Garnish with fresh peach slices to serve.

Be the apple of the party’s eye with this apple prosecco punch

Ideal for summer soirees, spritz up a party with this apple cocktail punch using prosecco and a splash of vodka.

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 400mL cloudy apple juice
  • 200mL vodka

 

Instructions

  1. Pour the apple juice, vodka and lemon juice into a punch bowl and chill for 1-2 hrs.
  2. When you’re ready to serve add the prosecco, ice and apple and lemon slices to garnish.

  1. Combine the gin, prosecco and soda water in a large wine glass and gently stir.
  2. Fill the wine glass with ice.
