How to make a Long Island Iced Tea
Ingredients:
- 15ml Gin
- 15ml Vodka
- 15ml Tequila
- 15ml White Rum
- 15ml Cointreau
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- Cola, to top
- Ice
- Lemon wedge, to garnish
Method:
- Add Gin, Vodka, Tequila, White Rum, Cointreau, lemon juice and ice to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake well until chilled
- Strain into a glass filled with ice.
- Top with the Cola, and garnish with a lemon wedge
