Terms and Conditions for the $5,000 Giveaway Promotion

1. Eligibility:
   1. The $5,000 giveaway promotion (“Promotion”) is open to legal residents of Launceston, Tasmania, Australia, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
   2. Employees of First Choice Launceston and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
2. Promotion Period:
   1. The Promotion begins on February 10, 2024, and ends on February 10, 2024 (“Promotion Period”).
   2. Entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible for consideration.
3. How to Enter:
   1. To enter the Promotion, participants must purchase a case of Gee Up at First Choice Launceston on February 10, 2024.
   2. Upon purchase, participants will receive an entry into the Promotion.
   3. There is no limit to the number of entries per person, provided each entry corresponds to a separate eligible purchase.
4. Winner Selection:
   1. The winner of the Promotion will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
   2. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry within seven (7) days after the Promotion Period ends.
   3. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the specified time period, or is ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected at the discretion of the Promotion organizers.
5. Prize:
   1. The winner will receive a $5,000 prize, which will be transferred to their designated bank account within thirty (30) days of the winner’s verification.
   2. Additionally, the winner must obtain the single bucket hat with Troy’s signature on it from First Choice Launceston within thirty (30) days of notification to claim the prize.
   3. The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or any other substitute.
6. Verification of Winner:
   1. The potential winner may be required to provide proof of identity, age, and residency to claim the prize.
   2. Failure to provide such proof within the specified time frame may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
7. Publicity:
   1. By entering the Promotion, participants agree to allow the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions:
   1. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
   2. The organizers reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the Promotion, as determined by the organizers in their sole discretion.

   1. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tasmania, Australia.
